Terms of use.
Last updated: October 27, 2026. These terms explain appropriate use of the free utility.
1. What the tool does
Warke Fingerprint computes SHA-256 digests locally and allows comparisons between files or against user-provided digests. It does not determine whether a file is malicious, licensed, authentic, authorized, or safe.
2. Appropriate use
You are responsible for files selected, hashes entered and any information saved. Do not attempt unauthorized access, abusive automation, denial-of-service, fraud or interference with other users.
3. Accounts
Keep your credentials confidential and provide accurate registration information. Accounts may be restricted for security, abuse prevention or material violations of these terms. Registration requires email verification for stored history access.
4. Record accuracy
Saved file names, sizes and fingerprints are submitted from your browser. We do not receive the original files and cannot independently verify whether the saved record accurately represents any particular file.
5. Availability and changes
The service may be modified, suspended or discontinued. You should keep your own independent copies of any fingerprints you rely on.
6. No security guarantee
The service is provided on an as-available basis, subject to applicable law. A matching SHA-256 digest is useful integrity evidence, not a warranty of safety or provenance.
7. Contact
For service-related questions, use the official Warke Technologies company contact channels.
